Spy On Your Children

At first glance what you are about to read may seem a little extreme. However after giving it a little thought and doing a ton of research – I came across a ton of parents that wish that they knew about spying on their children.

I came across a story about a business man by the name of Julius Sirengo who is raising his three children himself after his wife traveled abroad for a two-year study program. Despite this odd situation Mr. Sirengo isn’t worried about his children’s safety at all.

He was eliveated once he found a hi-tech way to keep an eye on his children aged 11, 13 and 14, from his office. He can instantly tell if they are actually in school or on their way home.

Mr. Sirengo purchased a Global Positioning System personal tracking device that was sewn into the children’s school bags. He can instantly activate the signal anytime he feels like it.

Mr. Sirengo can tell when the children board the school bus, he can the exact speed of the vehicle, which route the driver uses, how many stops the bus makes and the time the bus takes from his residence to the school and back.

“I was prompted into using the personal trackers because we noticed that the children were reaching home very tired and sometimes very late. We discovered, by monitoring their movements that the school bus was taking very long routes when picking up other children, and the driver would often speed to make up for lost time. We changed the school bus,” Mr Sirengo says.

He also stated that the personal tracker has been of help because he does not worry about his children when he is in the office.

The device shows a person’s exact position, has an SOS button, a Geo Fencing option, speed dial for up to five emergency phone numbers, an emergency alarm, a motion alarm and a user report alarm.

A company called Stoicfleetwatch Ltd puts out the device. The device uses the Global Positioning System and Global Information System, backed by the Google Earth Map, to store detailed maps. The device also does real-time tracking and shows the individual’s exact location on the map.

Here is another situation where the parents were glad that they made this small investment: Intruders broke into a home one night where a 16-year-old girl was home along. The teenage child managed to escape from the house and called her father who sought assistance from the police and directed them to the frightened girl’s exact location.

The Global Positing Device System personal tracking device also doubles as a listening device when the user activates the SOS button or calls the control room for assistance.

Geo Fencing allows parents to set limits to the areas their children can go. Should the child go to a restricted area, an alarm goes off alerting both the child and parent. Companies have been using this device to monitor the movement of their sales people or company vehicles.
